Preparation for Licensure (ATI Pharmacology Practice A)

Preparation for Licensure (ATI Pharmacology Practice A)

During the ATI Pharmacology Practice, A, I felt as though I was confident though at the end my results surprised me. Despite my confidence, I did not do as well as I hoped in which I had to stop and look at what topic I got wrong. In this case it primarily around things I knew but second guessed.  As I go forward in terms of testing, I have been trying to improve my test taking strategy by not allowing myself to change an answer unless I am 100% confident that the other answer is correct. However, I also like to review my answers prior to doing this in which ATI like the NCLEX does not allow me to go back and review my previous answers. For this reason, one of my goals going forward after this ATI is to work on being more confident in the first answer I put down and taking the time to read through each answer, so I know the answer I choose is the best answer possible. I hope to work on this and continue to improve on this test taking strategy as I finish up nursing school and prepare for my NCLEX.
